Operations Manager
Stephen leads daily operations with a decade of specialized experience managing recovery residences. Holding a degree in Hospitality Management, he combines professional administrative standards with over a decade of practical experience operating under Florida Alliance of Recovery Residences (FARR) guidelines. Grounded in 9 years of personal sobriety, Stephen ensures every home delivers exceptional operational quality, safety, and community support.
Daniel Donahue
Certified Recovery Residence Administrator (CRRA)
With over 25 years of continuous personal sobriety, Daniel brings a quarter-century of lived experience and leadership to the team. He has owned and operated recovery residences for more than 25 years and has maintained his CRRA credential since 2016. Throughout his career, Daniel has guided hundreds of men through the 12-Step recovery process, fostering a structured, accountable, and supportive environment focused on long-term wellness.

Kerry Donovan
House Manager
Kerry provides stable, hands-on leadership with 17 years of continuous sobriety and over 16 years of direct recovery house management experience. Having resided on-site for 16 years and worked extensively within clinical addiction treatment settings, Kerry understands the daily realities of early recovery. He has personally sponsored hundreds of men, offering consistent mentorship, accountability, and practical guidance.
Robert Mosley
House Manager & Sobriety Specialist
Robert serves as an on-site house manager and dedicated recovery specialist with over a year of direct residential management experience. Currently pursuing formal education to become a certified addiction specialist, Robert combines practical house oversight with up-to-date recovery practices, providing residents with focused, compassionate day-to-day support.
